Greyhawk
Precision Finish Work for a Full-Property Reinvention
Grayhawk was not a cosmetic renovation, it was a structural and architectural transformation that repositioned the home from an early-2000s suburban build to a $2.7M estate-level property.

High Plains was engaged as a finish trade partner to execute the custom millwork, architectural trim, and interior finish carpentry required to support the home’s new scale, proportion, and design.

1970's Mid-Century Modern Transformation
We transformed a dilapidated 1970s ranch into a modernized version of itself, refinishing the exterior with vertical cedar lap siding in a gray semi-transparent stain and adding black break metal flashing. Enlarged black-clad windows and doors preserve the home’s mid-century character with a contemporary edge.

A defining interior feature is the dramatic slatted wood accent wall spanning the kitchen and dining area, seamlessly concealing the pantry, integrated refrigerator, and built-in banquette cabinetry. Each slat was intentionally spaced to create depth, rhythm, and architectural cohesion throughout the space.
