Grayhawk began as a dated early-2000s home with limited architectural identity and constrained entertaining capacity. Our role began at feasibility, guiding structural expansion, value strategy, architectural alignment, and full-site reinvention. From massing to mechanical systems, every layer of the property was reconsidered.
