What began as a 2,500-square-foot suburban home was reimagined into a 5,589-square-foot estate with a full structural addition, resort-level outdoor compound, and complete architectural identity shift.

From early feasibility and value strategy through structural expansion, envelope reconfiguration, and full interior rebuild, Optimum Builders led the project from concept to finish.

The result is a cohesive, high-performance residence repositioned from entry-tier market value to a $2.7M luxury estate, engineered for hospitality, longevity, and elevated everyday living.

Tasked with refurbishing a dilapidated 1970’s ranch home with a new, modern aesthetic to enhance its original design, we overhauled the exterior in a modern Cedar vertical lap siding in a gray bodied semi transparent stain, including new black break metal flashing on exposed stem exterior wall sections.

INTERIOR

The interior trim is all mitered eased edge flat-stock. The interior doors were all enlarged to 8’ and solid flat slab interior doors installed throughout. The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a large Black Walnut floating shelve above the vanity.

Custom White oak cabinetry and built-ins were meticulously crafted to maximize functionality and style, while a reconfigured custom White Oak staircase added a touch of modern elegance.
