WANDERTREE HOME
Tasked with refurbishing a dilapidated 1970’s ranch home with a new, modern aesthetic to enhance its original design, we overhauled the exterior in blackened cedar cladding blackened to let the home disappear amongst the site’s expansive meadow. Cues were taken from the home's existing forms to inform the additions that seamlessly integrate with the existing structure and appear as though it was always there.

LINDEN HAUS
We worked to modernize this space for our clients by renovating the kitchen, bathrooms and main living area. Along with updated finishes throughout the home we crafted custom cabinetry, built-ins, and a reconfigured custom staircase that rejuvenated this home with Scandinavian flare. This home also features a built-out breakfast nook and new open shelving, while the master bath boasts a soaking tub and new cabinets.
LOUISVILLE, COLORADO
GRANT LOUISVILLE
This beautiful 1875 home in Louisville, CO had suffered from years of poor remodels and lack of maintenance. Our team at Optimum Builders was thrilled to bring it back to its full former glory by stripping it down to the original studs, adding a new flooring system, meticulously restoring the siding and leaded glass windows, resulting in a refreshed Victorian exterior and modernized interior.
