integrity is at the heart of everything we do.

Integrity shapes our choices and actions, from the materials we use to the relationships we build with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Committed to transparency, honesty, and accountability, we consistently deliver on our promises and uphold the trust placed in us.

our process

High-end remodels, additions, and custom homes demand more than craftsmanship—they demand tight planning, disciplined decisions, and excellent execution. Our Design–Build process is structured to reduce surprises, protect the schedule, and keep quality high from concept through completion.

High-end remodels, additions, and custom homes demand more than craftsmanship—they demand tight planning, disciplined decisions, and excellent execution. Our Design–Build process is structured to reduce surprises, protect the schedule, and keep quality high from concept through completion.

Phase 0 — Fit + Feasibility
We start with a focused intake to understand scope, priorities, timeline, and target investment range. If we’re a fit, we outline next steps and how budgeting becomes accurate.

Phase 1 — Consultation + Existing Conditions
We walk the project, identify constraints, confirm priorities, and document unknowns. Remodels especially depend on existing conditions—this phase prevents expensive assumptions.

Phase 2 — Design Alignment + Selections Strategy
Plans, specifications, and early selections are developed to match your priorities and target budget. We introduce a Decision Schedule so your approvals and long-lead items don’t stall the build.

Phase 3 — Cost Validation + Project Roadmap
We validate real pricing through trade input, scope definition, and procurement planning. Your budget strengthens as design and selections finalize—because accuracy requires definition.

Phase 4 — Build + Project Management
We manage trade coordination, schedule, and quality control. Key carpentry scopes are performed in-house for tighter continuity from structure through finishes.

Phase 5 — Completion + Closeout
We complete final walkthrough items, close out documentation, and transition the home responsibly—without the common “payment hostage” dynamics that derail projects.

PROJECT PORTFOLIO

COMMITTED TO QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP

1130 Grayhawk Rd_62.jpg

EATON, COLORADO

GREYHAWK

EXTERIOR

Tasked with refurbishing a dilapidated 1970’s ranch home with a new, modern aesthetic to enhance its original design, we overhauled the exterior in a modern Cedar vertical lap siding in a gray bodied semi transparent stain, including new black break metal flashing on exposed stem exterior wall sections.

The home features enlarged black clad windows and doors that complement the home's existing mid-century modern design while offering a refreshed modernized spin.

INTERIOR

One of the interior trim features we performed on this project included a massive thatch wall through the kitchen and dining room including a hidden pantry door, integrated refrigerator and banquet cabinet fronts! Each thatch was spaced intentionally and unevenly to offer integration with the features of the kitchen and a visual impression unlike any other.

Large Integrated window shade covers have been built into the south side of the Kitchen and Living area to serve as a minimalistic shade valence that retains the floor to ceiling views of the Flatiron Mountains to the West. Quarter sawn Oak Floating Shelving was utilized in the kitchen on the range wall to allow for an open display storage system that offers simplicity and elegance as well. This oak shelving matches. The grain matched custom door fronts on the lower cabinets throughout the space as well. A true Mid-century masterpiece. The interior trim is all mitered eased edge flat-stock. The interior doors were all enlarged to 8’ and solid flat slab interior doors installed throughout. The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a large Black Walnut floating shelve above the vanity. With limited spaced we and a large inset pantry style bathroom storage unit with custom large format doors. The closet features a custom built-in closet system we designed and installed. The Primary suite is adjoined by a large soft-close pocket door; this offers a flowing floor plan that allows privacy without the noise and caveats of a standard swing door. The entire space features blue pine TG ceilings and custom metal and wood features at the stairs built in house by Buildwell. It was a truly impressive remodel to help turn into a dream home for our customers!
